We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect and why
We collect personal data in the following circumstances:
- Order enquiries: When you complete the order form, we collect your name and telephone number to facilitate delivery confirmation. Legal basis: performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address and message content. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) - responding to your enquiry.
- Cookies and analytics: Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected via cookies only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a)). See Section 5 and our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your data
Order data is used solely to process and deliver your order and for payment-on-delivery coordination. Contact form data is used to respond to your message. We do not sell personal data. We do not use data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Data retention
Order and contact data is retained for six years from the date of interaction to comply with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the Google Analytics data retention settings (default 14 months). Cookie consent records are retained for 12 months.
5. Cookies, Google Ads and Analytics
This website uses Google Ads (including Remarketing) and Google Analytics. These services set cookies including _gcl_au (Google Ads), _ga and _gid (Google Analytics). These cookies are only activated after you provide consent via our cookie banner (Consent Mode v2). By default, all advertising and analytics storage is denied until you explicitly accept.

6. Google Maps
Our contact page uses a Google Maps embed. When you view that page, Google may process your IP address. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy linked above.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing).
