Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to return

To exercise your right to return, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing editorial@revivebeaut.world with your order reference and the word "Return" in the subject line. We will provide return instructions within two working days.

3. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the product has been used or the packaging is damaged beyond reasonable handling.

4. Refund process

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As orders are placed with payment on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the payment method agreed at the time of return. We will cover return postage costs if the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged goods).

5. Non-returnable items

Opened food supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or not as described. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or incorrect goods

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at editorial@revivebeaut.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
